About Shipping

Shipment will be arranged within 15 business days after payment is cleared as long as buyer's information and shipping address is confirmed. Please provide the right post code and valid phone number to avoid delay in shipping.

Import Tax

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.

Return and Warranty

All items are brand new straight from the factory. We offer ONE Year Factory Warranty (accessories not included).

Warranty will be voided as of:

(1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.

(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.

(3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.

First you tell us the model you need ,(Please send your dashboard photo and tell me which year for your car,So i can let our engineer check it fit your car or not.Thanks!)than we quote the goods cost and shipping cost for you ,if you accept ,we will send you proforma invoice and payment details,you confirm it ,than you can pay .After we receive your payment ,we will prepare your order as soon as possible .Before shipping we will test .and after shipping we will send you the tracking number .
