Cancellation and Refund Procedure

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept cancellation and refund requests under the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. For orders that have been shipped, the return procedure applies.

Return Conditions

  • You can request a return within 14 days from the date you received the product.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
  • It must be sent with the invoice or order document.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened software, digital products
  • Products custom-made or personalized for the individual
  • Hygiene products (with opened packaging)

Return Process

  1. Notify us of your return request via email or contact form.
  2. You will be sent a return confirmation and shipping information.
  3. Send the product to the specified address.
  4. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your payment will be refunded within 14 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. For credit card refunds, your bank's processing times apply.
