Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Variety Shop (varietyshopm.myshopify.com)
Buyer: Customer placing the order

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website. The provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply.

3. Product Information

The name, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the ordered product(s) are stated in the order confirmation email.

4. Price and Payment

All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Payment is securely processed via credit card, debit card, or wire transfer/EFT through the PayTR infrastructure.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from payment confirmation. The delivery period is specified in the order confirmation email. The Buyer will be informed in case of unexpected circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the goods, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. Withdrawal notification can be made via our Contact page.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

Products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or explicit personal needs
Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons
Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated

8. Return Process

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is returned to the Seller. The payment will be refunded within 14 days from the date the product reaches the Seller.
