When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
For domestic shipments, we work with Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, and Aras Kargo.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you via email for your shipped order. You can also use our Order Tracking page.
Can I return the product?

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, and wire transfer/EFT. All payments are securely processed through the PayTR infrastructure.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, e-invoices are issued for all orders. Your invoice is sent with the shipment or via email.
The product arrived damaged, what should I do?
For damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Providing a photographic notification will speed up the process.
